Monday, November 10th is our Veterans Day Recognition Assembly. We will have an alternative schedule for the day, and the assembly is scheduled for 8:30am to 9:15am. Because of the importance of the assembly, we ask that families do not interrupt the assembly for early dismissal. In the event of needing dismissal during the assembly window, please plan to arrive at CMMS prior to 8:15am. Please click read more for that day's schedule and for assembly details.

In her November 2025 Community Update video, Superintendent Heather Tow-Yick reflects on a season full of student leadership, community engagement, and forward planning across the Issaquah School District. She shares progress on the Profile of a Graduate, an initiative shaped by input from staff, families, and community members through town halls and school visits. Tow-Yick then summarizes the three renewal levies the School Board approved for the February 2026 ballot.

We hope you will join us in honoring all U.S. military veterans for their service and patriotism. There is no school on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. Our students, staff and schools across the district recognized veterans in a variety of assemblies, projects, learning and celebration in recognition of their service.
