8th Grade Field Trip Permission Slips Due 5/29 & Payment Due was 5/27, Chaperones & Donations Needed!

Please return the permission slips for the 8th grade field trip by May 29th and the payment was due yesterday May 27th. If your child is not planning to attend and you have not notified us, please do so ASAP. Payment for the field trip can be made at the ISD online pay portal. 

Permission slips and information were given to all 8^th graders last week. We will be spending the day with 8^th graders on Friday, June 12^th at the University of Washington HUB, a games center where students can bowl, play ping pong, game, take tours of the campus, and spend time with their friends and teachers. The permission slip and payment of $50 are due by May 29th.  Payments can be made at the online payment portal or at the bookkeeper's office during lunch or after school. Scholarships are available if this is a financial hardship.  If your student will not be in attendance on June 12th, please contact our bookkeeper, Lori Hawk, at hawkl@issaquah.wednet.edu or 425- 837-6703.  She will remove the fee from your student’s account. 

We can’t pull off the trip without the help of our families, and we are in need of one more chaperone. Please access the Chaperone sign-up genius if you wish to chaperone or the snack items sign-up genius to donate food for the trip. Please note that all chaperones must be cleared by the district before volunteering.
