Daylight Savings Time This Weekend

General Announcement

This Saturday night, March 8th, (early Sunday morning) we will move our clocks ahead an hour as we switch to daylight savings time. The good news is that we have more daylight at the end of the day. But it also means that we lose an hour of sleep that night, and this change often makes it even harder for teens to get up in the morning. To try to make the adjustment a little easier, it's important to get up at your usual time on Sunday morning even though that means losing that hour of sleep. That way, you'll be more tired on Sunday night and have an easier time going to sleep.  Remember, getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night is important for good health, good mood and good learning!
