Cross Country Kicks Off: Teamwork Shines Across All Grades

The CMMS Cross Country season is off and running!! Squads have been formed (a mix of 8th, 7th, and 6th graders) and our 8th grade leaders have created an excellent TEAM first environment! Everyone is feeling welcomed, encouraged, and supported!
Athletes have been learning our dynamic stretches, various workouts to build stamina and pacing, and even got to run our home course last week.
We are set to take on Beaver Lake Middle School this Thursday in what will be some amazing racing!
