Band, Orchestra Continues Learning

Sixth grade band (pictured), or all of band, is a great time to learn and improve music playing skills. Throughout the year, students have spent countless hours practicing playing their instruments and working with their band to create astounding performances for their community. Recently, they worked on movement through music from director Karen Sunmark, who shares that rehearsals of recent have been lively and fun.

Orchestra has also worked hard to put on excellent performances for their audience. The program is led by teacher Jana Dalpez, who recently led the CMMS Orchestra for their Spring Concert.
