CMMS hosted an assembly honoring veterans on Thursday, Nov 9.
Student leaders introduced and honored men and women who served in five of the six branches of the military.
Our guest speaker was the father of a 6th grader, Chief Petty Officer Niehaus, who currently serves in the US Coast Guard.
The choir and orchestra had a combined performance and the band performed a selection of the songs from each branch of the military.
